A habit of mine that genuinely begins as a simple effort to feel accomplished, can quickly turn into self sabotage.
Once I’ve found myself in a period of stagnancy,
I’m guilty of overloading my time in attempts to reintroduce a fresh feeling to daily life, or completely avoid something that I don’t have the emotional capacity to process healthily.
If overdone, it becomes an overwhelming hectic hindrance, thus suffocating myself with a seemingly endless train of self inflicted responsibilities. This figure represents the guilty nature of keeping myself too busy, landing the name “Strangulate Post Stagnate”.
